We Accept Firearms shipped for transfer.
$25 transfer fee per firearm.
If you’re purchasing a firearm online or from another state, you’ll need a licensed Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer like us to receive the shipment and complete the transfer legally. We’re happy to handle your firearm transfer.
Instructions:
Email us at vicsguns@gmail.com to exchange signed FFL License.
Notify us once your firearm is shipped. Provide customer contact info.
After shipment is delivered. Please allow up to 24hrs for processing. We will notify you to make arrangements for pickup.
Come to our location with proper ID or Texas LTC to fill out Form 4473.

Firearm Transfer Terms & Conditions
By shipping or arranging for a firearm to be transferred to us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Transfer Requirements
- All federal, state, and local laws apply.
- The transferee must be legally eligible to possess the firearm.
- A valid government-issued photo ID and any other required documentation must be presented before the transfer can be completed.
- All applicable transfer fees are due at the time of pickup.
Notification
Once your firearm has been received, inspected, and entered into our Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) records, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by phone, text message, and/or email using the contact information you provide.
It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate and to arrange pickup promptly.
Storage Policy
Firearms must be picked up within 14 calendar days after notification that they are ready for transfer.
Beginning on the 15th calendar day, a storage fee of $3.00 per firearm, per day will be assessed until the firearm is transferred, returned to the sending FFL, or otherwise lawfully disposed of.
Storage fees must be paid in full before any firearm will be released.
Delayed or Denied Transfers
Storage fees continue to accrue during delayed background checks if the firearm remains in our possession beyond the initial 14-day pickup period.
If a transfer cannot be completed due to a denial, failure to provide required documentation, or any other reason preventing the transfer, the customer is responsible for:
- Transfer fees
- Accrued storage fees
- Return shipping costs
- Any fees charged by the sending FFL
No refunds will be issued for transfer fees once the firearm has been received.
Unclaimed Firearms
If a firearm remains unclaimed for an extended period and we are unable to contact the customer after multiple reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to pursue any remedies available under applicable federal and Texas law, including returning the firearm to the sending FFL at the customer’s expense or taking other lawful action to recover unpaid fees.
This policy does not waive any rights or obligations under applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms
By having a firearm shipped to our Federal Firearms License (FFL), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Transfer Terms & Conditions.
