Thank you for choosing us for your firearm and NFA purchases. Our layaway program is designed to make purchasing easier while ensuring inventory remains available for committed buyers.
Eligibility
Layaway is available on most firearms, suppressors, optics, and accessories.
Minimum Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a layaway.
The deposit will be applied toward the purchase price of the item.
Payment Terms
- Standard layaway term is 30 days, 90 days, 120 days, and even 6 months.
- Payments may be made at any time during the layaway period.
- There is no penalty for paying off your balance early.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the item can be transferred or released.
Firearm Transfers
All firearms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Completion of a layaway does not guarantee transfer eligibility. The purchaser must successfully complete all required background checks and paperwork before taking possession of the firearm.
NFA Firearms & Suppressors
For NFA-regulated items, the item will remain in our inventory until approval by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
ATF processing times are outside of our control and do not affect the layaway payment schedule.
Missed Payments
If no payment or communication is received for 30 consecutive days, we may attempt to contact you using the information you provided.
If the account remains inactive, the layaway may be canceled at our discretion.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel a layaway at any time.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as liquidated damages for removing the item from inventory and administrative costs.
Any payments made beyond the initial deposit may, at our discretion, be refunded minus applicable fees or issued as store credit.
Background Check Denials
If the firearm cannot be transferred due to a denied background check or any legal restriction preventing the transfer:
- The layaway deposit remains non-refundable.
- Any applicable transfer, shipping, return, or storage fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- The firearm may be returned to the distributor or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
Price Protection
Once a layaway has been established, the purchase price of the item is locked in for the duration of the approved layaway period.
Payment Methods
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Additional payment methods may be available upon request.
Right to Modify
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any layaway agreement at our discretion and to update this policy without prior notice.
By entering into a layaway agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Layaway Policy.
